How can you protect your process data even better against loss?
Spectra's M336 family of solid state drives (SSDs) protect your data with the integrated Powerguard function. This is possible with integrated tantalum capacitors, which are permanently charged with 12 V.
In the event of a sudden power failure, they will maintain power until all data still in the boot or memory process is backed up.
New family members are SSDs with the M.2 form factor, which require 40% less space than mSATA. With their compact dimensions (80 x 22 x 4 mm) they can easily be integrated on small CPU boards and in compact embedded systems.
You get this storage solution in capacities from 32 GB to 256 GB and for operating temperatures from 0° to 70°C. For very harsh applications, Spectra also offers a version with an extended temperature range, which can be used at operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
